Proposition:
General Legislation 2: Titles and Offices in the Old World Union
The Old World Union's system of government consist of the following titles and Offices:
2.1 The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which is lead by the WA-Delegate, who is elected by all member states and appointed by the Founder. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is responsible for the regions's foreign politics and its relationship with other regions.
2.2 The High Court, which is lead by the High Judge, who is appointed by the Founder. The High Court is responsible for interpreting regional legislation and processing formal complaints.
2.3 The Ministry of the Interior, which is lead by the minister of the Interior, who is appointed by the Founder. The Ministry of the Interior is responsible for enforcing regional legislation and holds command over the OWATCO.
2.4 The Ministry of War, whis is lead by the minister of war, who is appointed by the Founder. The Ministry of War is responsible for matters of defence from outside threats and holds command over the Old World Guard.
2.5 Nations holding these titles shall keep a position of absolute neutrality and in all matters put the Region above everything else.
2.6 No Nation shall hold more than one title.
