General Legislation 1| On prohibited and allowed governments on the Old World Union

To ensure a clear divide between who is to be admitted into the OWU and who not depending of the form of government. I suggest the following:

1. The government types, allowed access or allowed to remain in the Old World Union, are as follows:
1.1 Monarchies, ie. a state ruled by a monarch wherein monarch is defined as follows: A man or woman who inherits the throne by birth and rules for life or until abdication.
1.1.1 Hereditary monarchy - The Royal Crown is passed from one member of the Royal Family to another, according to the nation's succession laws.
1.1.2 Absolute monarchy - the Monarch is both the Head of State and Head of Government, his power is not limited by a constitution or by the law.
1.1.3 Constitutional monarchy - the Monarch is the Head of State but not Head of Government, his power is limited by a constitution.
1.1.4 Diarchy - a form of Monarchy system when two individuals are Heads of State.
1.1.5 Elective monarchy - monarchy ruled by an elected monarch.
1.2 Republics, ie. a state in which the country is considered a "public matter" (Latin: res publica) and where offices of state are subsequently directly or indirectly elected or appointed.
1.2.1 Constitutional republic. Powers are limited by law or a formal constitution, and chosen by a vote.
1.2.2 Democratic republic. All eligible citizens have an equal say in the local and national decisions that affect their lives.
1.2.3 Parliamentary republic. Head of state akin to a head of government, elected by a Parliament.
1.2.4 Federal republic. Federal union of states or provinces with a republican form of government.
1.2.5 Theocratic Republic. Governed in accordance with chosen religious law.
2. The government types who will not be allowed access or allowed to remain in the Old World Union, are as follows:
2.1 A totalitarian right-wing state.
2.2 An authoritarian left-wing state.
2.3 An authoritarian single-party state.
2.4 A nation exercising state racism.
3. Monarchist override.
Any nation that is classified as a monarchy is absolved of any links with point 2.
4. The classification of a state.
A nation is classified as one of these if so De Facto, not De Jure.

Please discuss, correct and adapt. A vote will be posted when sufficient changes are made.

You can't. Fascism and Communism are both prohibite since the founding of the region.

I think the last point (2) is wrongly formulated with bad examples.

I would write it as follows.

I think, that if we BAN only totalitarism, then in no way we are pro-monarchy region, but just regular region that is against radicalism. That's why I think that we should accept ONLY monarchies. Now, it doesn't matter what kind of monarchy it is, from absolute to elective, but as long as it is monarchy, it is ok. However, I do agree that radicalisms mustn't be allowed. This may be fictious, but I think that some players go too far in this fiction making different styles of "communist monarchy", "nazi monarchy" or "anarchist monarchies" - these contradictions are ridiculous, and if we want to be serious region, extremes of that kind mustn't be allowed.
